Marketing Magnet LLC is founder-led. Den Bradshaw, our founder, leads the work. We bring in vetted specialists from our network when a project calls for it, and we build and run our own tools, including a team of specialist AI agents that work under strict review rules.

Hello. I’m Den Bradshaw, the guy behind Marketing Magnet.
One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made is something I’ve seen many other entrepreneurs do: I tried to do as much as I could all by myself. (It seemed like a good idea at the time.)
So, in my struggle to give life to my ideas, I became a Swiss Army knife, jumping from the creative to the technical to the business and marketing aspects of each company. For a long time, I thought of this as my weakness, because I hadn’t specialized in just one area. What I finally realized was that this well-rounded approach allowed me to see the development of new companies, new products, and new strategies from a very informed and well-balanced perspective.
After building a lot of websites, and cleaning up the scattered remains of a bunch of other people’s bad work, I’ve come to a realization: the majority of “marketers” are really just overpaid “idea guys.” They tell clients to test out theories, without providing a sense of how to get the job done, and more importantly, how to test and measure the results.
That’s not marketing. That’s wishful thinking.
I’m not just an idea guy. I’m only happy when I’m getting the job done. So I built a company that plans the work and does it.
What getting the job done means now
When Marketing Magnet started, getting the job done meant launches, lead capture, traffic, and copy. It still does. Today it also means:
- building the WordPress sites those words live on,
- making them easy to find in Google and in AI answers,
- setting up the tracking that shows what’s working, and
- building custom AI tools when nothing off the shelf fits.
AI is built into our workflow, which speeds up the work. We run a team of specialist AI agents, and they work under one rule: no agent approves its own work. Significant work is checked by a separate reviewer, an AI agent or a person, never by whoever did the work. Anything we publish on your site goes live only with our founder’s sign-off, and anything written to your customers is reviewed by a person, on your team or ours, before it’s sent.
