SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO)

The best idea in the world is dead in the water if no one ever sees it. Today, people see it in two places: the search results and the AI answer. We make your site easy for Google and for AI answer engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity to find, understand, and quote.

Search didn't go away. It moved up the page.

In March 2025, about one Google search in five produced an AI summary above the links. When that summary appeared, people clicked a traditional search result in 8% of visits, compared with 15% when it didn’t. That’s from a Pew Research Center study of 900 U.S. adults’ real browsing.

The practical effect: your impressions and rankings can climb much faster than your clicks. That’s the pattern to watch for in your own Google Search Console data.

That’s not a reason to give up on search. It’s a reason to make your site the easiest source for an AI answer to draw from.

What we do

  • Technical SEO. Crawlability, site speed, redirects, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, and structured data (schema), so search engines read your site the way you intend.
  • Content built around real questions. Pages organized around what your buyers actually ask, with clear answers near the top.
  • Generative engine optimization (GEO). Clear, consistent facts about who you are and what you do, written so an AI answer engine can quote you accurately.
  • Faster submission. IndexNow for the search engines that support it, plus Google Search Console monitoring, so new and updated pages are submitted as soon as they change.
  • Internal links and redirects. Authority flows to the pages that matter, and old links never dead-end.
  • Plain-English reporting. What moved, what didn’t, and what we’re doing next.

We built our own tool for this.

Our AI SEO and GEO plugin for WordPress analyzes content for how well AI answer engines can use it, generates structured data, writes AI-generated meta descriptions and image alt text, manages internal links, sitemaps, and redirects, submits updates through IndexNow, and connects to Google Search Console.

“You work with a human being to determine exactly who your ideal customer is, and what they would be looking for to find you.”

Built to keep up

Search guidance keeps changing. AI is built into our workflow, which speeds up the work. Before we plan, we research current search guidance, and AI-assisted checks test your pages against current best practices, to keep your site aligned as those practices change. Anything we publish on your site goes live only with our founder’s sign-off.

How an SEO and GEO engagement runs

  1. Baseline. Google Search Console data, rankings, and a technical crawl, so we know where you stand before anything changes.

  2. Priorities. The pages and questions most likely to bring in business, in order.

  3. Fixes, then content. Technical problems first, then structure and content, page by page.

  4. Report. Plain English, with the trend line.

How we measure it

Google Search Console impressions, clicks, click-through rate, and average position, by page and by query. Rankings for the terms that matter to your business.

Questions people ask

Can you guarantee a #1 ranking?

No one can, and Google says so itself: “No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.” What we can promise is the work, the method, and a straight report of what moved.

What’s the difference between SEO and GEO?

SEO earns your pages a place in the search results. GEO (you’ll also hear it called answer engine optimization, or AEO) earns your content a place inside AI-generated answers. They share a foundation: a fast, well-structured site with clear, credible content. We work on both, on the same site.

How long does it take?

It depends on where you’re starting, and we’ll tell you honestly after the baseline. Reporting starts in month one, so you’ll see the trend instead of waiting on a promise.

Do you do paid search too?

Yes. See analytics and paid search.
